In the context of the economic crisis and in view of the increasing number of people at risk of losing their housing, “Servei Comarcal d’Habitatge” finds that many people fail to pay its home, do not for structural reasons but rather circumstantial: are people with an immediate need but medium-term economic capacity.

This project aims to facilitate access or prevent loss of rental housing for people with financial problems. Through microcredit, it is intended to respond to liquidity problems such as a reduction of income or sudden delay in the perception of certain social benefits.
