The Logement Bruxellois is a public housing company (Société Immobilière de Service Public or SISP in French) in the Brussels-Capital Region. The company manages more than 4,000 social housing units in the City of Brussels. In total, there are 16 public housing companies in the Brussels Region, all of which are under the supervision of the Société du Logement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale (SLRB), a Housing Europe partner. Together, these SISPs manage more than 40,000 social housing units. The mission of the Logement Bruxellois (like the other SISPs) is to provide rental housing units adapted to the needs and income of a population that has little access to the private rental market. The Logement Bruxellois’ team currently consists of 138 employees who are the key players in the quality of its services. This quality is based on proximity, communication, accountability and the implementation of concrete solutions.
