The project consists of scanning the existing building of 988 units, remodelled in 3D (BIM), defining prefabricated factory custom panels (frame, insulation and facade treatment) with low carbon materials.

The architectural choice was to take 4 different architects for diversity of architecture, but also in coherence with the local neighbourhood.
