This work begins with the announcement of a tender by Promunsa, SA to build 124 homes, premises and car parks in 4 buildings in the block No. 2 More Llui in Sant Just Desvern. The Mas Llui is shared between Sant Just Desvern urbanizacióm i Sant Feliu de Llobregat, 10 minutes from Barcelona. After winning the contest, and outside architects circumstances, the order was reduced to 108 homes spread over 3 edifcios. These 3 buildings are volumetrically defined in the partial plan developed for the new development, as well as the grade of their ground floors. This data is very important because it was key to solving the accessibility of each building. And it is this motive that led us to access two of them inside the block.
