The action taken is the construction of a single building with L-shaped plan for two portals and 41 households, consisting of two twinned bodies that generate access to the interior patio. One of the bodies fly over the other and the road, while the second is setback generating a set of volumes. The whole is organized around a courtyard garden square bounded by the housing dunks the same. In the inner space are projected green spaces. The composition of the four facades, two indoor and two outdoor, is similar. Have been used different recesses randomly placed elevations resulting motion. It has also planned a sustainable, deep front with hollow recesses producing a characteristic shadow play, based on a system of prefabricated panels with insulating core reinforced with steel mesh and finished with a continuous finishing mortar. Inside closes with a system of prefabricated partition generating insulating air chamber and the exterior is finished with a natural material of high durability, modulated pieces of granite. The good thermal behavior of the enclosure is enhanced with the use of this construction system little used in Spain.
