The project develops the housing program into two symmetrical buildings consisting of linear and parallel blocks together. Each building, in turn, consists of two opposing blocks separated by an open access to housing areas with paved pedestrian and landscaped space. The use of this space is exclusive to the residents of the block. The frontage road blocks B are perfectly aligned to it, while blocks facing the garden define a slight curvature into the plot. It was searched twice the election bloc for optimum ventilation in homes and to create a community space inside relationship, maximizing these spaces are outdoors, favored by the climate of Málaga, with no spaces built and integrated in community gardens. This option is not only more sustainable from an environmental point of view; It is also much better from the comfort and lightness having direct effect of sunlight on both facades of the house.
