It is a municipal action rehabilitation, urban renewal and improvement, promoted by the City of Granada and includes a comprehensive public intervention through the execution of works in demolition, development and rehabilitation temporary relocation of residents neighbors to which it is addressed the implementation in order to improve their conidciones of life and achieve the revitalization and renovation of a rundown neighborhood. The project aims at the recovery and rehabilitation of this area built in the 50s in the Zaidín, in order to achieve comprehensive revitalization and renewal: improving the homes of the resident local population, creating new public spaces and facilities with the participation affected neighbors. The City of Granada, through its municipal company EMUVYSSA, has launched this complex and novel Urbanísitico and Social Renewal Project and Urban Improvement: development area Transformation and Improvement ATM-2 "Santa Adela" located in an area degraded and in need of public intervention. Households affected by the project are 1,473 where, in 941, he intervenes by substitution having been executed the first two phases and the rest through rehabilitation programs.
