The new university housing are in the same block as the School of Architecture of Vallès. The proposal seeks to maintain a balance between existing buildings, outdoor spaces and new dorm, which consists of two blocks on the ground and parallel to the street floor with a large central atrium. The project prioritizes direct relationship with campus housing, with land, adapted without elevators.
