The SDH Mobile is a “social truck” that enables a team of SDH professionals to meet tenants on the street, in poor neighborhoods or in urban areas. It is a motorhome that has been totally refurbished to meet one major objective: to be closer to SDH tenants.

This social truck is temporarily installed in the neighborhoods. On site, the team offers residents to solve technical problems, manage issues related to rehabilitation works, answer tenants' questions (on social issues or daily management), to sign the lease for news housings and provide advice on energy savings. It is also a friendly place where we can have a coffee with residents and increase contact with people who live in more remote areas, further from our office and / or unable to travel.

The SDH Mobile can also be shared with partners to be used as a committee room with town council, French Family Allowances Office (CAF), social partners, etc.

There are two offices inside the vehicle. These two workspaces make it possible to receive tenants individually.

The SDH Mobile was unveiled at a preview showing to SDH employees on September 27, 2018. It was launched by Patricia Dudonne, General Manager, and then detailed by Eric Aufort and Remi Baldino, the project leaders.

Its first trip was on October. That’s why we plan the first feedback on March 2019.
