The key feature of the area is its constructive diversity, consisting of low density buildings paired with many private spaces and buildings housing height without clearances. In our intervention has chosen to combine both solutions, creating a structure height to allow free soil becomes public space that ends the plot at level 0, leaving the remaining free space for creating a space free access whose height difference gives it a semi-private. Thus, access between the street and the houses becomes a transition through clearances are adopting a semi-private. Thus, access between the street and the houses becomes a transition through clearances are adopting an added sense of privacy. Following the public-private transition of spaces that give access to the building, once inside, the homes are organized around a private space on the ground floor which has spatial continuity to the deck, where a skylight brings light and ventilation to the whole. Access to each floor is punctual, and the runners around the central space leading to each tenant to the door of their homes, fostering relationships between neighbors through space communication of different plants.
