City of Angels, in the district of Villaverde, is one of the Areas of Rehabilitation in the City of Madrid participate through the Municipal Housing and Land (SLA), the Ministry of Development and the Community of Madrid, renovating public spaces and subsidizing repayable rehabilitation of buildings, homes and local privately owned. It was declared in 2005 and thanks to the renovation of infrastructure and rehabilitation of buildings and improving accessibility in recent years has undergone a major transformation, driven by public support.
