MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE JURY AWARDS 2013 AVS BEST PRACTICES IN A PROTECTED HOUSING
In Madrid on February 12, 2014, at 11 pm in the meeting room of the Green Building Council Spain (GBCe), located in Madrid, Paseo de la Castellana 114-4º-7 members meet Jury Awards 2013 AVS best practices in subsidized housing on the invitation would regulate.

After further thorough analysis of the shortlisted projects, the jury highlights the following according to the values ??established in the regulations of the Awards. Thereafter, the jury agreed:
First: Grant Award:
"154 HOUSES FOR RENT, EQUIPMENT AND UNDERGROUND PARKING ON STREET Navas de Tolosa 3". Patronat Municipal de l'Housing of Barcelona.

2. "ACTION IN NEIGHBORHOOD OF AMATE". Municipal Housing, Land and Facilities of Sevilla, SA (EMVISESA)
3. "FRES PLAN: FIGHT AGAINST SOCIAL EXCLUSION YL Inequality". Municipal Housing Institute of Malaga.
After discussion it was agreed to award the prize to:
"32 HOUSING FOR YOUNG AND OLDER, AND DAY CENTER IN AS PONTES. A Coruña ". Galician Institute of Housing and Land (IGVS)
The jury noted that this action is part of an overall strategy for implementation in different cities of Galicia building construction intergenerational housing. Also, intergovernmental co-ordination, European funding, building location and its services for the revitalization of the neighborhood where it was located.

3. "SUPPORTIVE HOUSING NETWORK". Municipal Housing and Land in Madrid (SLA)
4. "ACCOMMODATION TO THE LETTER". Municipal Housing Board of Alicante.
After discussion agrees to grant the Award:
"ACCOMMODATION TO THE LETTER". Municipal Housing Board of Alicante.
The jury will include development of a comprehensive strategic plan to increase the supply of housing for rent and for new forms of tenure through reasonable mechanisms adapted to current circumstances, at an affordable cost and work philosophy based on the motto "always get a bed."
The consistency of a plan that adds various lines of intervention as the rationalization of existing social Park, brokering in all its forms, incorporating new forms of intergenerational housing accommodation, university, shared, supervised and collective accommodation that increase the supply low-cost housing. 4. "CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE RIGHT TOOLS FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIVING TOGETHER". Municipal Housing Institute of Malaga.
After discussion decided to bestow the award:
"BILBAO MUNICIPAL SYSTEM FROM THE Evictions". Bilbao Municipal Housing OAL.
In this performance, directed at groups in particularly vulnerable situations that are mortgagors or affected by evictions for non-payment of rents, the jury highlighted the organization of a system that addresses this issue in a comprehensive manner. 2. "CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE EFFECTIVE ACCESS TO PROTECTED HOUSING". Municipal Housing Corporation Malaga.
After discussion, the jury found that although both performances are very interesting and valid, the first case is a network of housing offices of citizen services, and the second diffusion is limited to a single housing development that puts value in order that these are purchased or rented, so it is considered that do not conform to that provided in the rules of the Awards that determine what to reward is "the work of the company to spread and enhance the work done by it and the benefits and measurement of social and economic impact it entails.
